This really worries me but the team still hold on.

From football.co.uk:

(Sylvain Distin has admitted Portsmouth are in serious danger of relegation after a nightmare run of results under new manager Tony Adams. The former Manchester City defender was a member of Harry Redknapp's FA Cup-winning team last season, but the club have nosedived since their big day at Wembley. Since Redknapp's departure in October Portsmouth have managed just two Premier League wins under their new boss and have slipped from 7th to 16th in the table.)

(If Portsmouth
are serious about attracting new owners it might not be a bad idea to find a way of staying in the Premier League.
Avram Grant is obviously not the answer, but neither is Tony Adams and the club need to be creative and decisive to get out of the hole they are in.

Feeling the strain: Adams is putting on a brave face After losing to Fulham last weekend, manager Adams said: 'I'll pick us up and get on with the next game and rally the troops. I don't run away.')

Things in Pompey are falling apart and I'm really sad about it. The conditions there isn't as nice as it was when Harry Redknapp was the manager. Portsmouth is experiencing doomsday for now. The only thing to put smiles to Pompey is to sack Adams. I'm sorry but that's just the way it is. Pompey is a talented team with amazing players. They never drop from 7th to 16th or something but I'm still happy the players are still holding on to Pompey.

(revealed that he turned down the opportunity to sign for Barcelona during the January transfer window. Strange decision: Nadir Belhadj turned down Barcelona. The Algerian international arrived at Fratton Park on loan at the start of the season, and was contacted about a move to the Nou Camp last month. However, he instead opted to complete a permanent deal at Fratton Park in the hope of playing first team football on a more regular basis. 'Barcelona? My agent was contacted during the winter transfer window,' the 26-year-old told Aujourd'hui Sport. 'They wanted to prepare for the departure of Sylvinho and (Eric) Abidal was injured. 'It was very attractive, but I want to play. I don't want to experience a substitute situation again. I suffered at Lyon. 'It made me mad when Fabio Grosso was not good, but remained in the starting XI. I could do my best, but that didn't change anything.')

(Portsmouth manager Tony Adams is delighted to have kept midfielder Sean Davis at the club for at least the rest of the season.

Bolton Wanderers were keen to take the 29-year-old before the transfer deadline passed, but Adams was adamant that he did not want lose Davis ahead of a possible relegation battle.)

I just hope Portsmouth would do more than kicking the ball in their match against Liverpool...
